Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Sale, which may be revised from time to time, apply to direct purchases made from APEX Integration, Inc. by phone, fax, email, or the Internet. By placing your order for product, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions listed below.

PAYMENT TERMS

Terms of payment are within APEX Integration, Inc.’s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to in writing by APEX Integration, Inc, payment must be received by APEX Integration, Inc. prior to shipment.

The methods of payment:

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express ONLY

Money Order: must be in US Dollar Currency and made payable to: APEX Integration, Inc.

Certified Checks /Cashier’s Checks: must be in US Dollar currency and made payable to: APEX Integration, Inc.

*** (All Money Orders and Checks require a clearing period prior to shipment).

TAXES:

All sales within the State of California require payment of applicable state, county, and city sales tax required by the California State Board of Equalization. If orders placed online on the website do not calculate tax, APEX Integration, Inc. will calculate the proper tax rate.

Shipments are made via: Federal Express and U.S. Postal Service (USPS) within the continental United States

Ground Service

LTL Trucking Service: (used for oversized merchandise not accepted by default shipping carriers)

ORDERING PROCEDURES

Internet Orders

Orders placed through the APEX Integration, Inc. website are both convenient and secure. Orders can be placed at anytime. For orders on in stock merchandise placed by 2:00 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time), they will normally be processed and shipped on the same business day. Notifications regarding order status will be sent via email, telephone and/or can be checked online under “Order Status” to confirm and track an order.

TELEPHONE ORDERS

Orders placed over the telephone are also accommodated. Please have specific information regarding the product and application for an APEX Integration, Inc. representative to better serve your requests. In addition, please have ready credit card information (account number, expiration date, cvc code), billing address, and shipping address if different from billing address. Telephone orders can be placed during operating business hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time) by dialing 714-685-5700. Notifications regarding order status will be sent via email, telephone and/or can be checked online under “Order Status” to confirm and track an order.

SPECIAL ORDERS

All special ordered items (items not in stock which must be ordered from manufacturer in Japan) are subject to 100% prepaid payment terms. Special orders will be processed in the most efficient manner possible. Estimated lead times will be given, however, APEX Integration, Inc. will not be liable for delays that are unexpected. There will be no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges of special ordered items, however, may be permitted at our sole discretion in extreme cases with a 20% restocking fee.

BACK ORDERS

In the event that an item is not in stock, an order will be held on back order and will ship as soon as the item becomes available. Status of any back order will be notified via telephone or email if unusually long delays are experienced.

RETURNS POLICY

In the event that a product must be returned, please contact an APEX Integration, Inc. representative to obtain return authorization. The merchandise must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in its original factory packaging in sellable condition to be authorized for return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from an APEX Integration, Inc. representative before a return can be made, returns will not be received or accepted without this number. Returns must be sent via prepaid freight and insurance. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please follow these simple steps to expedite the handling of a return:

Pack item(s) along with a packing slip and a copy of your original receipt and invoice. Be sure to include ALL original packaging, instruction manuals, accessories, and materials that are components of the item(s) being returned. The contents of all items will be checked upon arrival to verify a complete return of the merchandise.

The Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be clearly visible on the outside of the packaging or shipping label. Be sure to include complete contact information: Name, address, and contact phone number.

SHIPPING ERRORS, DAMAGED SHIPMENTS, AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If an incorrect item(s) is received due to a shipping error, please contact an APEX Integration, Inc. representative within 72 hours from the date of receipt to make an inquiry. APEX Integration, Inc. will issue a call tag to pickup incorrect item(s) and ship out the correct item(s) at no additional charge upon the arrival of the incorrect item(s) being shipped back to APEX Integration, Inc.

All merchandise is checked prior to shipment and are shipped insured for the customer’s benefit. Customers are encouraged to check the condition of the package before accepting delivery and should refuse acceptance in case of any visible sign of damage to package. Upon receipt and acceptance of package, merchandise should be immediately checked for damage and if found, immediately file a claim with the courier.

If a shipment is refused and sent back to APEX Integration, Inc., please contact an APEX Integration, Inc. representative within 24 hours of refusal to make arrangements for a claim on a refused shipment.

***All returns are for exchanges or refunds within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee being assessed, unless if the return is under compliance with the Limited Warranty Policy of APEX Integration, Inc.

WARRANTY POLICY

All products purchased from APEX Integration, Inc. are warranted that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warranty claims are void on products that show evidence of customer abuse, misuse, mishandling, improper installation, misapplications, alteration, and/or modification of product(s) from their original design.

INSTALLATION OF PRODUCTS

APEX Integration, Inc. recommends that installation of all mechanical and electrical parts be performed by qualified and trained professionals. Products that are improperly installed may lead to unsafe and unreliable conditions that will not be covered under warranty. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and installer to verify correct application of parts prior to installation.

Unless specifically provided in writing, APEX Integration, Inc. makes no representation or warranty that our products may be used in vehicles to be driven on public streets/ highways. It is the sole responsibility of the customers to verify if our products can be used on your vehicle on public streets by checking and confirming with the vehicle codes and local laws for your state. A customer should also verify if use of our product affects your automobile insurance policy and coverage.
