RMA Submission

A’PEX Integration Warranty Policy

Warranties will be accepted only in accordance with the following: Must be accompanied with the warranty card filled out which can be printed out from our U.S. online website or after the online RMA submission form has been approved. Must be accompanied with a copy showing proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) through one of our authorized A’PEX dealers. Must have a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number clearly visible There is a ONE year warranty period from date of purchase. A’PEX Integration Inc. is only liable for the product being warranted and does not extend to any other damages such as engine, car, etc. A’PEX Integration Inc. is not responsible for shipping/freight charges of warranty product in question. A’PEX Integration Inc. warranty department will only replace product or issue credit for all valid warranties.

Pictures showing damages or manufacturing defects are accepted to assist the warranty process. All products will be received only from an authorized APEX dealer/distributor. All packages MUST clearly show a Return Merchandise Authorzation (RMA) number. Any warranty packages not clearly showing an RMA number will immediately be refused and returned back to shipper.
